O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.24 of 2014, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the First Information Report. Right from the year 2017, no stay has been granted by this Court and therefore, there was no reason for the respondent Police to stop the investigation.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2014 and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9406 of 2017 concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
