ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent to file Final Report in FIR No.245 of 2023 dated 20.05.2023, on the file of the 2nd respondent before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed through E-Filing on 20.05.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), there shall be direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulate as per rules.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
