PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed dated 30.06.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.10925 of 2025 and thus render justice ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.10925 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10925 of 2025 on 30/06/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition nearly 39 days regularly. The first petitioner is having two previous cases.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. However, the first petitioner is having two previous cases, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.10925 of 2025 on 30/06/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.10925 of 2025 on 30/06/2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent 2/3

police monthly once at 10.30a.m. i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month, until further orders. ''
