No.9980 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fir and proper in the circumstances of the case ... ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP.(MD).No.8374 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.9980 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl MP.(MD).No.8374 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.9980 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 47 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in the order made in Crl MP.(MD).No.8374 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.9980 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed in the order made in Crl MP. (MD).No.8374 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.9980 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025 is modified 2/3

as ''the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Chinnalapatti Police Station, Dindigul District weekly once i..e, on every Monday at 09.00a.m. until further orders. ''
