PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and their OMR Ice Plant bearing door no.3-87A4 situated in 23 cents of land comprised in re-survey No.129/10C of Simon Colony village, Kanyakumari based on the representation given by the petitioners on 24.06.2017 from the third respondent and his men. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. The petition was filed in the year 2017.
