ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners presented a Will said to have been executed by one Jegathammal for registration after her demise. The registering authority declined to register the said document. Aggrieved by the same, an appeal was filed before the third respondent. The only request made is this writ petition is that the said appeal should be speedily disposed of. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the petitioners have taken all the original documents. 4.The petitioners are permitted to resubmit the said document. If the original Will is submitted by the petitioners, it is the duty of the third respondent to give proper acknowledgment for the same and also keep the same in safe custody.

5.Upon such re-submission of the original documents including the appeal memorandum, the third respondent is directed to dispose of it on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 6.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
