ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.8952 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8952 of 2025 on 12/06/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 46 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.8952 of 2025 on 12/06/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.8952 of 2025 on 12/06/2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul twice in a month i.e., on every 1st and 16th day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders, in case, if the dates mentioned above fall on a holiday, the petitioner shall appear on the next subsequent working day.
