This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.500 of 2021 on the file of the 1/4

second Respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, the case was registered. The offence is of the year 2018 and the FIR was registered only in the year 2021. So far, 5 witnesses had been examined. He seeks further time of six months to complete the investigation and lay the final report before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the second Respondent to expedite the investigation and lay the final report before the Court concerned within the reasonable period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
