ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.103 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) that already the charge sheet in C.C.No.103 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5851 of 2019. However, the said criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners suppressing the pendency of this criminal original petition.
