ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith direct the third respondent to issue individual mark sheets for the semester 6 to 8 and consolidated mark sheet and provisional certificate of the petitioner Register No.724021243012 pertaining to the course B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Date Science completed with the third respondent college affiliated by the first respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. On perusal of the case bundle, it reveals that the petitioner has made application only on 20.08.2025 and rushed to this Court, without giving time to the respondents to respond to the same. Hence, this petition is pre-mature. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court, after giving adequate time to the respondents to respond on his application. No costs.
