PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection and his aged persons by taking into account the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.03.2017 against the proposed accused and investigate the same within the time stipulated by this Court.
