The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 02.12.2025 in paragraph-5(i) of the order the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned as 'learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli' instead of "learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi". Therefore, he prays for appropriate corrections.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Registry is directed to make necessary corrections by mentioning in paragraph-5(i) of the orders as "learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi" instead of 'learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli'.

4. In all other aspects, the order dated 02.12.2025 shall remain unaltered. Page No.1 of 3

5.Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue corrected copy to the respective parties.
