PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2021on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report within the period stipulated by this Court.

O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.01 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.01 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 408, 471, 477A & 109 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2021, so far no progress is made in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
