ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent, not to harass the petitioner repeatedly under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.
2. The son of the petitioner is involved in a murder case. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent by entering into the house of the petitioner, frequently calling him for enquiry.
3. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no such harrasment is made on the petitioner and only usual surveillance and enquiry is made with regard to the whereabouts of the petitioner's son.
4. If the second respondent wants any specific information, he can very well summon the petitioner for enquiry. There is no question for harassment here.
