ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned transfer order passed by the first respondent in Memo No.054912/G31/G.312/2025-2 dated 22.08.2025 and seeking consequential direction to the first respondent to allow the petitioner to continue his work in the TANGEDCO, Ramanthapuram Distribution Circle, Ramanthapuram.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submits that there is a vacancy at Sayalkudi unit, Ramanathapuram Circle. In this regard, the petitioner has also made a representation on 11.10.2025 seeking to post her at Sayalkudi unit.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
