ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 20.09.2019, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor vide the letter in D.No.3006/ 2023 dated 31.10.2023, and this letter forward by the Chief Judicial Magistrate this Court made the following order: This Criminal Original Petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.876 of 2019.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, sent a letter dated 31.10.2023, 1/3

requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of S.T.C.No.876 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 07.09.2020. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.T.C.No.876 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
