O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the examination of witnesses is completed and the respondent is only awaiting for the audit report in this case and that on receipt of the same, orders will be passed by the respondent. The learned Government Advocate further submitted even after completion of enquiry by examining the witnesses, the petitioner wanted to add some more witnesses.

2.In the considered view of this Court, the enquiry has already been conducted by examining the witnesses and therefore, it cannot be kept pending on the ground of adding more and more witnesses in this case. Ultimately, the respondent is also going to rely upon the audit report, which will clearly show as to whether any financial irregularity was committed by the School. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to pass final orders on or before 12.01.2024. 2/4

3.The Contempt Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 4.Post this case under the caption "for reporting compliance" on 22.01.2024.
