For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 01.08.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.16974 of 2022, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

2.This Court, by an order dated 01.08.2022, issued a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, pursuant to which, the representation has been considered and a sum of Rs.1,33,553/- was disbursed to the petitioner vide order dated Nil .08.2022 and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court.
