This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to defreeze the frozen Bank accounts and further direct the first respondent not to freeze any other Bank accounts of the petitioners pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.2 of 2017, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2/3

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that after the investigation, the matter has been referred as "action dropped" and a closure report is yet to be filed before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
