Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 5 and 6. 2/6

2.The petitioner has filed O.S.No.52 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vilathikulam seeking the relief now sought for in this writ petition. The petitioner cannot pursue parallel remedies. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The learned District Munsif, Vilathikulam is directed to dispose of any interlocutory application for interim injunction filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. 3.With this liberty to the petitioner to pursue the suit remedy and direction to the learned District Munsif to dispose of the interlocutory application expeditiously, this writ petition is dismissed.
