ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP.(MD). No.3342 of 2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.1011 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl MP.(MD). No.3342 of 2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.1011 of 2025 on 13/03/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 22 weeks regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl MP.(MD). No.3342 of 2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.1011 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in Crl MP.(MD). No.3342 of 2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.1011 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the V Additional District Judge, Madurai monthly once at 10.30a.m. i.e., on first working day of every 2/3
