JUDGMENT

Previously, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.08.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner appeared before this Court and filed a memo for withdrawing his appearance. After recording the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the revision, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and list the matter on 24.08.2021 under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

2. Today, when the matter is came up for hearing under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default.
