This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed in M.C.No.56 of 2016, dated 04.01.2017 on the file of the the Family Court, Tirunelveli.
2.Today (01.04.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and that the petitioner is not pressing this revision and made an endorsement to that effect. The endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.
3. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
