This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the proceedings in M.C.No.3 of 2017 dated 25.01.2017 on the file of the first respondent.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for the by petitioner has become infructuous.
