2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that investigation has been completed and the same was closed and filed the closure report. Therefore, the prayer is not maintainable.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
