This revision is directed against the order passed on the final report pending in C.C.No. 11 of 2013, dated 23.01.2013 on the file of the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act cases at Madurai.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has circulated a letter to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". Today, he has also appeared before this Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision case.
