Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks disbursal of the award amount. The learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that there is no dispute and that the award has become final. The award amount has also been deposited. The learned counsel for the petitioner even would go to the extent of arguing that no enquiry is required in the matter. The court below is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned IA on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the next hearing date.
