Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side represented that C.C.No.255 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, which was filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act was disposed of as the matter was settled out of Court between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo to that effect. In view of the above, the revision petition has become infructuous.

2. In the result, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
