ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(B), 351(1) and 85 of BNS and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on 30.10.2024 and thereafter, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks therefrom.
