ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.01.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that all the accused were acquitted by the learned trial Magistrate and sought time for filing a memo to that effect. 2.Accordingly, today (i.e., 04.02.2021) the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a memo stating that all the three accused were acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, vide judgment dated 11.02.2019, in C.C.No.217 of 2013. The revision petition is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4091 of 2016 in C.C.No.217 of 2013, dated 15.12.2016, dismissing the application filed by the revision petitioner/defacto complainant under Section 301(2) Cr.P.C, to assist the prosecution. Memo filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

CRL.R.C.(MD).No.195 of 2017 3.Since all the accused have been acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
