PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue any orders or directions, directing the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members and to measure his land and 1/4
lay stones and fence.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members and to measure his land and lay stones and fence. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of the pathway dispute between the parties, the said complaint has been lodged by the petitioner. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and given undertaking that they will resolve the issue through appropriate civil process. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the complaint was closed. In view of the above, the matter become 2/4
infructuous.
4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
