O R D E R

The petitioner's grievance is that the survey was not conducted pursuant to the application dated 29.04.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the sale deed dated 10.06.1985 and subsequent proceedings culminating in joint patta No.7469.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. He submits that the owner of the neighbouring land, namely, Chitha, is objecting to the conduct of the survey.

4. The sale deed dated 10.06.1985 is in favour of the petitioner's father. Pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2024 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, patta No.7469 has been issued in the name of the petitioner's mother and siblings. In the circumstances, the petitioner's request is liable to be considered by issuing notice to the joint pattathars and to the owners of the neighbouring lands.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to act on the petitioner's application for a survey and undertake such survey after putting all the joint pattathars, the said Chitha and any other owners of the neighbouring lands on notice before conducting such survey. This process shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
