2.The petitioner obtained passport in the year 1993. The petitioner's date of birth has been wrongly mentioned as 20.09.1965. The petitioner's case is that his actual date of birth is 20.04.1969. That is evident from his SSLC certificate. It has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. The petitioner has given representation in this regard before the respondent. The respondent shall hold an enquiry. During the pendency of this writ petition, the validity of the passport was expired on 11.11.2023. While renewing the new passport, the petitioner's correct date of birth shall be entered. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of.
