Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, particularly the 2nd respondent to take appropriate legal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025. ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry is being conducted and summon has also been issued to the petitioner for his appearance on 04.09.2025 for seeking further information.

3. Since the respondent Police are already acting on the representation made by the petitioner, no further direction is required. Recording the said fact, this Writ Petition is closed. It is needless to say that the respondent Police shall 2/4
