The Criminal Revision Case is directed against Judgment dated 27.06.2016 made in Crl.Appeal No.3 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, Dindigul, confirming the Judgment passed in C.C.No. 214 of 2008 dated 10.06.2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, Dindigul District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.02.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the revision petitioner was reported dead and seeks time for filing memo and hence, the matter is posted today i.e., on 05.03.2021.
