This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection for life of the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint, dated 18.10.2019. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the son of the petitioner as well as the daughter of the third respondent fell in love and eloped and their whereabouts are not known. While being so, on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent immediately approached the petitioner's son and conducted the enquiry and the same was closed. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
