O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 & 2, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2023 and to initiate appropriate legal actions within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submitted that the petitioner has made a representation on 10.06.2023 seeking action against the third respondent, since the third respondent received the petitioner's car and cheated him without repaying the balance amount. He has also made life threatening to the petitioner. So far it has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner come forward with 2/5

this petition.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.271 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the counter party also appeared and gave statement that he is not having any transaction with the petitioner.

6.Let all the relevant documents be collected by the respondent showing the ownership of the property and conclude the enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by summoning both parties. If the petitioner got any grievance, thereafter, let him workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

7.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
