This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order in Crl.A.No.120 of 2015 dated 29.09.2016 passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thirunelveli, confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi in M.C.No.15 of 2010 dated 08.04.2015 and set aside the same as illegal.

2. When the case came up for hearing on previous occasion, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Today 06.07.2021, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and sought time. But, this Court is not inclined to grant further more time. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed. The learned trial Judge is directed to issue warrant against the respondents.
