The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.10786 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10786 of 2025 on 04/07/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition nearly 30 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. However, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.10786 of 2025 on 04/07/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.10786 of 2025 on 04/07/2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
