PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.204 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 29(1) and 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psycho Substances Act, 1985, in Cr.No.204 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were found in illegal possession of 74 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the nature of the allegations that the contraband, which is recovered, is of commercial quantity and considering the fact that, apart from the confession of the co-accused, there is material in the form of a banking transaction, 2/3

where this petitioner is said to have transferred money to the first accused, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
