After submitting representation dated 25.7.2025 for survey of the Petitioner's land, the present Writ Petition was filed because such representation did not elicit a reply.

2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that survey would be conducted within a reasonable time, because the patta stands in the name of Petitioner's father.

3.Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's request for conduct of survey by providing a reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner, any other person interested in the relevant property and owners of neighbouring lands. This process shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 2/4
