This criminal revision is directed against the order made in MC No.24 of 2016 by the 1st respondent, dated 21.03.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the first respondent has passed the impugned order in MC No.24 of 2016, dated 21.03.2016, thereby released the petitioner on probation for one year, on execution of two sureties for Rs.5,000/- and now the one year mentioned in the impugned order has lapsed and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
3.Recording the above, this criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
