ORDER

The Petitioners have come up with this Criminal Revision Petition, seeking to set aside the order passed in Criminal Appeal No.24 of 2016, dated 20.09.2016, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindugul and to confirm the interim order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.5827 of 2015 in D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2015, dated 15.03.2016.

2. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the revision is filed to set aside the order passed in Criminal Appeal No.24 of 2016, dated 20.09.2016, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindugul and to confirm the interim order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindugul in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.5827 of 2015 in D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2015, dated 15.03.2016. It is further stated that D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2015, has been disposed of in the month of march 2017 itself. As the main case is disposed of, this revision petition has become infructuous. The respondent also admits that the D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2015 is disposed of in the month of March 2017 itself.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
