Respondent/Complainant Prayer:- This Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397(1) r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the judgment in C.A.No.8 of 2016 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge (PCR), Trichirappalli, dated 06.01.2017, confirming the conviction and sentence to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and also to pay fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default, to undergo simple imprisonment for two months imposed by the judgment dated 05.02.2016 in S.T.C.No.70 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, Trichy and set aside the same.

When the case came up for hearing, Mr.T.A.Ebinezer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner appeared through virtual mode and submitted that the petitioner died, for which, he had filed a memo along with the death certificate of the petitioner. The memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded. Since the petitioner is reported dead, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
