O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent based on his representation dated 22.09.2023.
2. When the matter was called on 13.10.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment, but in the evening he has made a mention that some occurrence took place in the morning. On that account, the matter was adjourned to today(01.11.2023).
3. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that in respect of the occurrence that took place on 13.10.2023, a case was registered in Crime No.669 of 2023 under Sections 147, 148, 447, 427, 379, 294(b), 506(2) 2/4
of IPC against three known persons. Among the accused, this petitioner is also arrayed as first accused.
4. In view of the registration of the FIR, the petitioner has to face the investigation. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
