Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying this Court to direct the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Theni to consider the bail application of the petitioners concerned in Crime No.225 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police and pass orders in accordance with law on the same day on their surrender if any petition filed by the petitioners. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Senthil Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.), for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12945 of 2023, dated 17.08.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
