Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo along with letter written by the revision petitioner herself, stating that the husband of the petitioner had died on 25.11.2020 that she is not interested in conducting the proceedings further and that therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the above Criminal Revision Petition. Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
