Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by MRS. P. KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.DINESHBABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 TO 3 and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Hebeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in Cr.M.P.No.31/Goonda/2019 dated 30.10.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely the petitioner's son i.e PRAVEEN, S/O. Perumal, aged about 20 years, now detained at Central prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 19/12/2019 to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
