The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in I.A.No.305 of 2019 in Arbitration Case No.220 of 2019 on the file of the Arbitration Tribunal, Trichirappalli.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was settled amicably between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and the amount due and payable is already paid by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has not raised any objection and confirmed the same.
