The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 281, 125(a) of BNS, 2023 @ 281, 106(2) and 238 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.262 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Even though it is a simple case of accident, it is alleged that the accident was caused by the tractor, subsequently the accused persons are alleged to have set up one Jeyashankar to plead as if the accident was happened only by dashing of the Tavera car, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
